Makin' bisque ain't brisk

I've never had lobster bisque before, so unfortunately I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like. I was actually surprised at how much I liked it upon first tasting, so hopefully that's a good sign. Tomorrow, err later today I will have plenty of critics over to let me know.
