Worst night of sleep
...if you can call it that. Napped from 8:30-9:30 pm, then tried to fall asleep around 1 to no avail. 3 am rolls around without a wink of sleep, so I get up to work out. I finally hit the brick wall at 6:30 this morning and sleep until 7:30. So, I feel like crap, look like crap, smell like crap. Just kidding, don't worry I showered. But I do feel and look like crap.
