Finding energy
I don't know if I've been quasi-sick or what lately but for the past 2 weeks I haven't had energy. I question the sick thing as I don't have an overly runny nose or a cough, but I've been noticeably tired. I've stuck to my routine of working out during the week, but I've found that I don't get sore as easily... so I tried something different for cardio this week, something I usually hate: running. I've been rollerblading a lot lately but it has gotten much easier, so I decided to work some different muscles and put myself through some pain. And wow, it has made a difference. Some other muscles are really sore right now, and I'm wide awake for once. I'll have to note that one to self.
This weekend is a specialty b-day party for a friend, and she decided to go all out with a black and white party and VIP somewhere downtown. I would do all white if I could, but I lack the shoes. So it looks like I'll be all black on Saturday. It should be awesome having 20 people in a big group all color coordinated, I can't wait.
