Tone down and tone up
January was some month. Madison/Milwaukee, party bus, Vegas, hotel suite birthday. Which is why I took it easy this weekend... a rarity. A workout, sushi and poker on Friday, a workout, UFC, and DD on Saturday, and two workouts and the Super Bowl on Sunday. Unbelievable Super Bowl, by the way. And now the week after the low-key weekend is 2 days old... and I feel great. My up and down healthy cycle went without the unhealthy part for once, and I can tell. Maybe I'll do it this weekend too. After that, I'll have another few weekends in a row... Alarmists concert and downtown birthday party on the 15th-16th, a bachelor party (that I'm throwing) on the 23rd, then Vegas #6 in March. Things aren't so bad lately.
In other areas, I couldn't be more sad. There are a few things that have come up recently that I can basically just watch and hope get better. No details I'll put on here, but I wish very much that everything gets better and comes out okay.
Time to do that tone up thing.
