Vent
For some reason I've never enjoyed running. I used to force myself to do it for the euphoric benefits and general health well-being. Until now. I think it's something you have to do almost every day to get in such a rhythm that it's not such a tough thing to do, now I just do it, and I love it. It really gets me away from everything else going on for a few moments and is one way to vent. I didn't think I'd ever do it, but I got my resting heart rate below 60, crazy.
I also recently vented in a way that was a little mean, but it kinda felt good, and maybe I wasn't being as mean as I thought. Maybe sometimes you just have to be a jerk.
