Seattle down

Whew. Another non-stop week combining a lot of work work/fun and fun.

Highlights:

Doing more stuff for work. Enough said on that...

Met up with recently-made friends from Puerto Rico and met more.

Witnessed someone eat a 12-egg omelette. Wow.

Met up with old friend with new baby and recently engaged.

Ate sushi from the Pacific Northwest.


So yeah, what a week. I get 8 days back in the office until a long trip...


Oh and one more thing... had a surreal scare coming back from Seattle. I don't mean to get too deep into this personal stuff but the way it came off was a bit unnerving. I get two messages saying my dad has chest pain and is in the hospital. Thoughts race throughout my mind. I call to check up and find out he's fine, they don't know what it was. Next day my Dad calls to reassure me he's fine by saying "don't worry I didn't croak on ya". REALLY?!?!?! I just don't know what to say...

Now off to watch one of the most anticipated hockey games ever for me... USA vs. Canada. YES.
